The Xiaomi Mi watch is oddly familiar

To misquote Obiwan Kenobi: “Now there’s a shape I haven’t seen in a long time.”

The Xiaomi Mi watch is the latest from the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi and, true to form, it looks just like the Apple watch from the little crown to the button under the crown to the case shape to the screen. All told, you’re looking at a solid Apple Watch clone from a manufacturer that made its bones cloning Apple.

There’s no pricing and no availability but this thing will end up only available in China and that’s about it. Given they’re also launching a “penta camera” phone with a 108-megapixel phone??this shouldn’t be the only odd thing coming out of Xiaomi this year.
