If you cast your mind back to CES earlier this year, we brought you word of the new Govee AI Gaming Sync Box (seen here). Since that time, the box is now available, waiting to light up your gaming setup in sync with what’s going on on the screen. That’s interesting, but there’s another release coming early next month – that should work with quite well with this setup.
What’s the new thing? It’s called the Govee Neon Rope Light for Desks. Sure, you can get yourself a reel of RGB lighting to stick on just about anywhere (in fact, the Sync Box comes with one). However, this new light is intended to go on the edge of a desk or work surface.
For that, you’ve got a soft touch silicone cover encasing all of those LEDS, which means you’re not banging into the lights on the edge of your desk. It also makes for a must softer, diffused glow, which is quite key for something that’s not meant to hidden away behind a monitor, say. It’s coming on April 10, 2023 for $89.99. govee.com
