Now that spring is just around the corner, you might be thinking about gearing up to head on outside, right? One thing that we’ve found to be handy when you’re out hiking is some sort of binoculars. Back in 2021, we spent time with a pair from NOCS Provisions (review here) and were impressed with how handy the small binoculars were. This year, they’ve come back with the NOCS Voyager Collection.
The big story around these are the colors they’ve used here. While these are indeed colorful, do not mistake these as some sort of toy. These are real-deal optics, and will do what you need. The colors just give some lovely flash to your gear, and the textured pattern does do a great deal for helping maintain a grip on the device. Here’s what all is in the new collection:
- Standard Issue – 8×25 and 10×25 ($95)
- Canary Yellow
- Deep Slate Gray
- Glacial Blue
- Olive Green (10×25)
- Manzanita Red (10×25)
- Zoom Tube – 8×32 ($75)
- Tahitian Blue
- Deep Slate Gray
- Cardinal Red
- Woven Tapestry Straps ($27)
- Flora
- Chevron
- Maze
The Standard Issue binoculars are great, and their straps are top notch as well. What we’re really curious about is the Zoom Tube, and we’re working to get a sample of this monocular in for review, so keep an eye out for that. You can check out the full collection over at nocprovisions.com
