What do you get when you tell an AI video generator to build a 4K music video? While it’s still a long way off from someone shooting a bunch of people in a studio, the current results, as evidenced by this video created by cinematographer Ali Powell, are pretty impressive.
The video, which is for the song “Heart On My Sleeve” by Ghostwriter977 ft Ai Drake and The Weeknd, features a number of fascinating, AI-generated scenes that are pretty familiar to folks who have been watching on MTV for decades
Obviously, there are still some quirks – noses get a little messy and some of the faces veer off into Heiroymous Bosch territory – but it’s a fascinating effort to capture the sultry sexiness of the song with entirely AI-generated models. Looks like humans will have their work cut out for them.
