If that OneAdaptr name sounds familiar, you’re spot on – we reviewed their 65W travel adapter (you can see that here) not all that long ago. They just recently released a new version – the OneAdaptr MacMate Pro – that puts a wireless charger into the mix as well.

When I first took a look at the press release, I was not that terribly impressed by the OneAdaptr MacMate Pro. I mean, the travel adapter is great, but just tossing in a wireless charging pad? I mean, a USB-C wireless charging pad isn’t that hard to find. Then, I took a closer look. And this wireless pad has a few more tricks up its sleeve.

Those tricks? Two additional USB-C ports on the wireless pad. For one, that’s giving you two more ports to charge via, which is always a plus. With that setup, and a long enough USB-C cable, means the adapter can be down on the wall, and you can have your charging setup up on a more convenient surface, instead of putting your charging phone down on the floor.

If you don’t already have a travel charge setup, you can order the OneAdaptr MacMate Pro for $109, which includes the wireless pad and the 65W travel adapter/charger. On the other hand, if you already have your chargers set, but like the flexibility of the pad, you can get the MacMate (for your at-home or travel setup) on it’s own for $49.
