Now Funding: The Hop Bag

As a Dude Who Likes Bags(TM), I’m always on the lookout for a new laptop carrier or form of luggage. The Hop Bag definitely fits the bill.

Designed as a 3-in-1 solution, the bag consists of a soft-sided suitcase, a laptop case, and a tablet case. Each part zips onto the next one, allowing you to turn your laptop case into a backpack-style duffel. It’s a clever solution to an age-old problem.

The bag itself costs $386 on Kickstarter and consists of the suitcase, the laptop bag, and the tablet sleeve. The back comes in black leather and also comes in an interesting quilted design that looks a bit more traditional and elegant than the standard design.

The bag will ship in February 2023 and it’s funded to the tune of $12,000 so far, which isn’t great but definitely a solid start. You can check out the Hop Bag here.
