Keep Going: Molly Cantrell-Kraig gives us advice on how to ask for help

Molly Cantrell-Kraig is a writer and organizer who worked for decades in the non-profit space. Most recently, however, she’s been working on a book called Finding the Courage to Bloom. In this episode of Keep Going, she gives us two pieces of advice: learn how to ask for what you want and learn when not to offer things you don’t have. Her advice is born from experience and she shares some times she lost – and how she won. You can check out her website here.

About Keep Going:

“When you’re going through Hell, keep going.” This is a podcast about failure and how it breeds success. Every week we will talk to amazing people who have done amazing things yet, at some point, experienced a failure. By exploring their experiences we can learn how to build, succeed, and stay humble. Our theme music is by Policy AKA Mark Buchwald.
