This year has, well, been a year. We had gotten on a roll with the Afternoon Beer Break, and then it just got away from us. Well, 2021 is just around the bend. And sure, flipping the calendar page won’t immediately change things, but it will bring something new to the fore – the Rogue Colossal Claude Imperial IPA.
While my own “menu” has slipped more towards porters and stouts in the colder temps, there’s nothing wrong with a tasty IPA – and if you’ve got one that’s hitting higher ABV levels – which the Rogue Colossal Claude Imperial IPA certainly is – that’s also a nice option for a cold, dark evening, especially if it’s packing some solid flavor profile in the mix.
Now, that I don’t know for sure, though we do have a sample on the way. However, with the hops profile (see below) and my prior experience with Rogue’s offerings, I’m sure the Rogue Colossal Claude Imperial IPA will be a tasty offering. It should hit distribution right at the start of the year, with a 6-pack running you $11.99. You can search for it near you at finder.rogue.com
