Introducing: Lems Chillum

I’ve been a big, big fan of the Lems Boulder Boot for time. I came across them as I was reviewing various barefoot style shoes, and they were by far the most comfortable for me. So much so, that I bought a second pair (in waterproof leather) last fall. Well, spring time, you may not always want a pair of boots. Well, good news, they’ve just released the Lems Chillum.

So, why mention the Lems Boulder Boot up front? Well, the Lems Chillum is based on the same last and outsole, meaning that these lowtops should fit just as well as the Boulder Boots do, just in a new silhouette. They’ve also got a variety of materials in the mix here, which this video breaks down for us:

To say I’m very interested in this new release is an understatement. The Boulder Boots are just plainly the most comfortable casual shoe that I’ve got, and to get this in summer-ready lowtop style (you know I’m eyeballing those blues), well, that just seems like a great addition to my shoe rack, especially with that foot-forming cork insole. The Lems Chillum is available as of today in mens and womens sizing , for $105, directly from lemsshoes.com
