Google releases open-source, customizable roboto font

In an unexpected move, Google has recently released Roboto Flex, a completely customizable version of their widely used Roboto font with artistic freedom at the forefront of its development.

Roboto Flex features five central customizable axes, including Weight, Width, Optical Size, Grade, and Slant. The font is completely open source and is available to be tinkered with on Google Fonts right now.
