Our latest obsession: Bandai model kits

If you’ve never put together a Bandai model you’re in for a treat. These 3D models are made out of beautifully crafted plastic and snap together, making them the best solution for long nights spent at home.

I’ve been following a friend who has been building and showing these things off and I finally decided to bite the bullet and pick up a few. They’re amazing fun and they’re a great family project, sort of like LEGO without the silliness.

A little mom and pop online shop in Florida sells loads of them – USA Gundam Store – and I just picked up this weird thing and a Snow Speeder. I’m looking forward to snipping and snapping this week.
