Apple AirPower - this time for real?

A twitter post and a video showing pictures that could be Apple’s AirPower multi-device Qi charging pad surfaced earlier today.

The pictures show the device disassembled into three layers – an outer case with square cutouts like a keyboard frame, a layer with overlapping Qi coils for charging, and a frame with the border and screw tabs to secure the whole assembly together.

Materials appear to be either rose gold or stainless steel finish, and the keyboard frame cutouts didn’t escape notice – commenters pointed them out as well.
